      Review by a clinician
      A licensed clinician looks over your submission and decides whether proceeding is appropriate.

      Consultation with a provider
      A licensed provider goes over your health information and conducts a telehealth consultation with you, by live video or phone where your state requires it, to decide whether treatment is appropriate for you. The consultation carries no separate fee.

      Pharmacy and delivery
      Should your provider prescribe treatment, your medication is prepared and shipped by a state-licensed pharmacy. You will get tracking details by email within two business days.

      Refills each month
      Fill in a brief refill form monthly. Updates with tracking come by email and text.

      Staying in touch between visits
      Send your care team an email whenever something changes or you notice a side effect. Every message goes through secure, HIPAA-compliant email.
