To comply with applicable consumer protection laws, Antler Technologies Inc, operating as M&S Labs, gives every consumer of our weight management services the disclosures below.

Disclosures to consumers

• (A) Losing weight rapidly may carry certain health risks. Talk with your healthcare provider about the possible risks that apply to your own health profile.
• (B) As someone who uses weight-loss services, you are entitled to a full, detailed description of the treatment program before you commit to it, a clear statement of what the program costs in total including every fee, information about the qualifications of the healthcare providers who take part in your care, and a clear explanation of your rights to cancel and to receive a refund.
• (C) You are entitled to know the name, qualifications, and credentials of every healthcare provider who takes part in your treatment plan.
• (D) You are entitled to a written description of the program before you enroll, covering expected outcomes, potential risks, and any requirements for taking part.
• (E) Every claim about how successful a weight-loss program is must be substantiated and representative. Individual results vary depending on how closely you follow treatment protocols and on individual health factors.
